Do you offer group or 1:1 coaching?
Both. Some clients work exclusively 1:1. Others join our deeply curated leadership cohorts. Most experience a hybrid that’s based on their goals, level, and rhythm. Every format is customized and tracked to ensure the desired results are obtained.
What assessments do you use?
We use Total Brain, iEQ9, Hogan, Oura, 360, CliftonStrengths, Personalysis, Kolbe and other internal tools to get a full picture of how a leader thinks, responds, and grows. This data informs every coaching plan and helps us track transformation from the inside out.
How long are your programs?
Research shows it takes 6 months to create lasting change. (Source) That said, TLC engagements typically start at 6 months and go up to 12 months. This timeline is deep enough to hold leaders through promotions, pivots, or strategic inflection points.
